Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESS TIME

Upon receiving your order, we check your order, check shipping details, manufacture your order, pack it and arrange for courier. We do all of this in 2 to 3 working days. During seasonal times such as sales or holidays, it can take slightly longer. However please rest assured we will always do our best to ship out as early as possible. If you have bought our product for a special occasion e.g. birthday gift, and need it by a certain date, please chat with us so we can do our best to support.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We ship from Singapore.

Expedited shipping comes with tracking code and takes about 7 working days on average from date of parcel collection.

Standard shipping comes with tracking code and takes about 15 working days on average from date of parcel collection.

Do note public holidays and weekends are not working days for couriers.

Please note the above days may vary order to order depending on the custom clearance, local post distribution operations and recipient's geographical location. It may also take longer than the average during festive seasons and holidays.

 

IN-COUNTRY SHIPPING

We ship within Singapore.

Tracked shipping comes with tracking code, and takes 1 to 2 working days.

Do note public holidays and weekends are not working days for local couriers.

If the parcels are small enough, the courier may directly deposit it into your mailbox instead of doorstep drop-off to avoid theft of parcel.

NOTE!

Please ensure your address is provided correctly and your mailbox is not full to avoid a failed delivery. If you have provided your address in error, please contact us promptly.

We highly recommend to provide a mobile number as this is for sharing with the courier so that they may contact you in case of any delivery issues.

 

PICKING UP FROM SINGAPORE (FOR TOURIST)

If you are visiting Singapore for a short period of time and wish to self-collect, you may message us on whatsapp (text) at +65 8910 5981 to pick up at a mutually suitable time and location. We accept paynow or cash during meet-up in Singapore dollars. Please place order online in advance and select payment method Cash On Delivery (COD). This is to allow us to know what your order is and have time to prepare for it before your arrival to Singapore. Please note COD is only available in Singapore.

CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTIES

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties varies from country to country.

Any free shipping promotions do not account for custom or import duties. Should there be any, these are to be borne by the recipient.

While most countries have free trade agreement with Singapore and do not impost such import duties on the recipient, if you belong to a country that does not have such agreement, you may reach out to us on whatsapp (text) at +65 8910 5981 and we can explore how to support you.
